When do you offer free delivery?
If your order is over 200 euro, we offer you free delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium. Please be aware that returns are at your own cost.
When do I get my purchase?
We are located in the Netherlands and work with standard shipping.
We ship out on thursdays and fridays.
Depending on that, delivery 3-4 working days in The Netherlands
3-10 working days to Europe
4-14 working days to the remaining destinations
Since all of our products are handmade in small batches, occasionally items have a delayed shipping date. We will inform you about this by e-mail if it's the case but trust us – it’ll be worth the wait.
Where's my package?
With your order, you will also receive a track and trace code to check the location of your order anytime. Just a reminder that this email will be separate from your order confirmation email, so be careful not to miss it!
Do you ship internationally?
Yep. International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and address.
However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. Artitags is not able to quote customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If this is not the case or if there is something wrong with the product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns are easy for most of our items within 14 days of delivery. To get started, send us an email back on the email associated with your purchase. Please include as many details as possible and a picture if there is something wrong with the products. Based on the information you send we will authorize you to return your product. You'l receive a retour document to fill in and attach within your package. The return of the product is at your own cost and responsibilities. Because the products are valuable, we advise you to return the product to us by registered mail. We'll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return and they are in the original condition. Please be aware we refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. We'll refund you as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

All of our products are made in small batches, so to make sure the item you’d like to purchase is in stock, we recommend that you place your order before you return your original purchase. Then just follow our quick return process and you’ll be set.
As a reminder, you can return any new, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
Things to keep in mind to receive a full refund:
All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition in the original protective packaging to be considered for a full refund. Please be sure to reuse also all protective original packaging elements to ensure your return arrives safely and in the original condition. Please include all the enclosed documentation and make sure the packaging is not broken or damaged. It is crucial that we receive the product in perfect condition to reimburse your purchase. If this is not the case, we will send you a picture and an explanation of why we can't reimburse you fully.
